One console · every system · AI-assisted

Your whole business, on one console.

Consolo builds a tailor-made workspace on top of the tools you already run — CRM, ERP, invoicing, banking, support, files — so your team stops reconciling tabs and leadership gets one reliable view.

The problem

Too many tools, too little control.

Mid-market companies buy software one problem at a time and end up with a stack that is expensive, fragmented and hard to run. Data sits in three, six, a dozen places, teams improvise around the gaps, and nobody can answer a simple question without opening four tabs.

The gap

Fill in the gaps in your business process.

Did you ever wonder why you keep buying applications and still have a broken system?

What happens today

  1. A gap opens between two systems
  2. You buy an application to cover it
  3. The vendor owns its own box, not the seam
  4. The gap moves somewhere else

…and the licence renews

Why: every vendor optimises its own box. Nobody owns the seams between them — and your process lives in the seams.

How Consolo closes it

  1. Map the process end to end
  2. Build one console over the systems you already run
  3. The seam is owned, so the gap closes

In one of my previous roles the company was spending over €1.5 million a year on applications and still fighting critical gaps in its core process. Within six months we cut that spend by 65% and closed the gaps. Most of that money was buying overlap, not capability.

The consolidation

Every system you already run. One console.

Consolo reads your CRM, ERP, finance, support, ops tools and AI assistants where they live, then consolidates them into a workspace shaped around how your company actually works.

The approach

One console that brings your operations back into focus.

Built on your stack

We build on top of the systems you already use through their official APIs. No rip-and-replace, no data migration project, no new system of record.

Unified operations

Sales, finance, operations, people, tasks and files in one place, joined on the records your business actually runs on — accounts, jobs, invoices.

AI that removes friction

Summaries, ranked next steps and momentum signals, generated against real records so the console tells you what changed and what to do about it.

Where we start

Your broken handoffs become the build plan

Most projects start from a product roadmap. Ours starts from your list of broken processes — the places where work stops moving. That list is the specification, and every item on it gets closed and given an owner in the console.

  • The audit produces the list — in your words, not ours
  • Each gap gets a named owner and a place it lives in the console
  • We build the gaps first, because that is where the time is being lost
  • Nothing is closed on paper until the team is actually using it

Inside the console

Every module is built around a real operating rhythm.

Sales

CRM sync, pipeline visibility, do-today actions and data hygiene in one view.

Finance

Invoices, receivables, bank positions and customer records in one layer.

Operations

Output, commitments, delivery status and blockers, pulled from your ERP.

People

Ownership, accountability and handoffs stay explicit and visible.

Tasks

Everything due across the business in a single queue, whatever system created it.

Files

Contracts and records surfaced against the account they belong to.

The differentiator

The AI layer

The modules make your data visible. The AI layer makes it actionable — reading across every connected system so your team arrives at a decision instead of assembling one.

  • Per-record summaries that read every connected system before you open a call
  • Suggested next steps ranked by revenue and risk, not by whichever tab was loudest
  • Momentum signals that surface stalled work before it becomes a quarterly surprise
  • Draft notes, chase sequences and internal updates you review rather than write

The Pure Essence Workspace became the only tool they use to run the business.

Before
The company was crawling. Each process did not lead into the next, so orders, invoicing and production tracking sat apart and bottlenecks formed between them.
What we built
The Pure Essence Workspace — one AI-assisted console unifying sales, finance, production, people, tasks and files, joined on the order so every team works from the same record.
Result
It became their operating core: the first thing opened in the morning and the system every other process now reports into.

“Before we had the console the company was crawling. Each process didn't lead to the next, and bottlenecks were everywhere. The Pure Essence Workspace resolved practically everything — anything I need, I just go to the app.”

How it works

Start with the gaps. Then take on the whole business.

We do not try to rebuild everything at once. We find the gaps that are slowing you down, release those bottlenecks first, then work through the business department by department. The audit stands on its own — the findings are yours whether or not you build with us.

Step 01

Audit

We map your business process gaps and the issues making the company move slower. You keep the findings whether or not we build anything.

Step 02

Design

We agree which of your current tools to integrate, and design the processes that close each gap.

Step 03

Build

We build the first version to release the bottlenecks — the places costing you the most time come first.

3–6 weeks
Step 04

Iterate

We work through the business department by department, developing the right tools for each team as we go.

Rolling, department by department
Step 05

Operate

Your team runs the business from the console, and we keep refining it as the business changes.

Integrations

It plugs into what you already own.

These are the systems we connect most often. Anything with a REST API or a reachable database can be added — the audit confirms what is feasible in your stack.

Engagement

What a build actually costs.

We do not sell packages, because no two stacks are the same. Every engagement starts with the same free audit, and your exact price comes out of it — the systems, the gaps and the complexity are all specific to you. Until then, move the sliders: you will know within a minute whether we are in your range.

Security and access

You decide who sees what — and your data stays yours.

Official APIs only

Every connection uses the vendor's official API with least-privilege scopes. No screen scraping, no shared logins, no credentials in spreadsheets.

Granular access control

Access by user or role, down to module, record and field level, with view-only and view-as modes for checking what someone else sees.

Your data is not our product

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models. Data stays in the systems you own, with only what the console needs to render held in between.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask before they start.

Do you replace the tools we already pay for?
No — we build on top of them through their official APIs. Your CRM stays your CRM. That said, the audit almost always surfaces money on the table. Some tools turn out to be genuinely redundant once the console joins the data up, because they were bought to bridge a gap that no longer exists. Others you keep, but on a cheaper tier: when your team works in the console, far fewer people need a full seat in the underlying system, and premium plans bought purely for reporting or integration features often become unnecessary. We tell you what we find and what it would save. Cancelling or downgrading is always your decision, never something we force — but it is often where the first return on the project comes from.
Where does our data actually live?
Wherever it lives today. Consolo reads from your systems through their official APIs and holds only what it needs to render the console — plus a cache we agree with you. We do not sell data, we do not use your data to train models, and every connection uses least-privilege scopes. The security page sets out the specifics.
How long does a build take?
The audit takes one to two weeks and is free. Design is about a week, and the first working version — the one that releases your worst bottlenecks — typically lands three to six weeks after design sign-off. From there we iterate department by department rather than trying to deliver everything at once, so you get value before the whole build is finished.
What happens if we stop working with you?
You keep your systems and your data, because they never left. We hand over documentation for every connector and the console configuration. There is no lock-in beyond the notice period, by design — this is exactly the trap we were built to avoid.
Can we limit what each person sees?
Yes. Permissions are set by user or role down to module, record and field level, with view-only and view-as modes so a manager can check what a team member sees without switching accounts.
Who actually builds it?
Bashara Hinnawi, hands-on, with a small trusted network for specialist work. You are not handed to a junior team after the sales call. That is a deliberate constraint on how many builds run at once.
We are mid-migration / our data is a mess. Too early?
Usually the opposite. The audit is most valuable precisely when the stack is unsettled, because it tells you which systems are worth migrating and which are redundant. We will tell you if we think you should wait.
Is this a good fit for us?
It fits companies running three or more disconnected systems where the handoffs between them are costing real time and leadership lacks one reliable view. Size matters less than that: across Consolo and 25 years of operations roles before it, the same problem shows up in a team of a few dozen and in one of several hundred. It fits poorly if you have one or two tools that already talk to each other, if you need an off-the-shelf product with a free trial, or if nobody internally can own the project.
